General
please provide a clear reference sheet - I do not accept shaded references, texually explained, or single art pieces
upon commissioning my service - review your application for any missed information and errors. be thorough!
consider my commissions at a financially stable time, I do not accept refunds
harassment will not be tolerated, a full refund will be given immediately if my services are rushed or any unnecessary rude behavior is given
quality is very important to me, I will not rush a commission for your convenience
I will not draw any of the following subjects: AB/DL , zoophilia , sadism , underage characters , scat/WS , feral/NSFW feral , hate-speech, heavy drug use, extreme gore , racism , hypertrophilia , vore , homophobia

Payment
all payments are done via paypal in USD currency
payments must be made upfront, I do not accept payment plans
you may request a refund 24 hours after purchase of a commission slot
If a commission is nearly complete and a refund is requested no progress of said product will be given or shown. It will be deleted, NO exceptions
Process
commissions are typically completed within a 1-2 week span depending on real-life factors and work ethic
all queued commissions will be posted on my trello where you as the client have access to and may track the commission's progress
progress sketches will be sent for your approval and revision. any alterations must be communicated. any further work will cease until a thumbs-up is received
any large additions requested outside of original forum will be denied, though can be accordingly quoted and charged
after commissioning my service, you must wait a week (7 days) before requesting a progress update IF no progress has been shown or posted on my trello
Completion & Image rights
after completion, any further additions will be refused
a watermarked image will be given, however you may request an unwatermarked version for Self-purposes (ex; icon, profile image, backdrop)
I, as the artist retain all rights to my created artwork and maintain the rights to repost my work in any form and on social media platforms for self-advertising and portfolio
you, as the client may not reprint your commission for profit. however you may reprint and repost for personal use with respected credit to the artist
